Download Conditions

• Up to 3 GB per Bulk download and no limits to downloading of individual files.

• Media classified RESTRICTED should not be downloaded onto PEDs.

Certain download features are unavailable on DWP devices due to security:

• Download of .SVG file types

• Download of large media file due to download limit.

How to download media

1. Press the "Select" icon.

2. Select media.

3. Press the "Download" icon in the media tab.

   
4. After the download is complete, a notification will be displayed to inform the user of completion.

   • For files under 100MB:

     • The download file will be prepared instantly and shown in the browser for direct download.

   • For files over 100MB:

     • The download link will take some time to prepare and will be sent to the email associated with the user's account.

5. Files would be downloaded in the user's "download" folder.

   • For a single selection, the media will be downloaded as per the file type.

   • For multiple selections, media will be downloaded as a zip file.
