Shareable links

Sharable links can be used to select and share specific images with other users in the workspace. Simply generate a link, copy and send it to them!

How to Share media via links

1. Select media to share.

2. Click on the sharing icon in the media detail tab.

   
3. Sharable link is generated for user to copy and send.

   

4. User with access to the link will be able to view image details and download them.

Copy Media across workspaces

Allows users to duplicate media across workspaces.

• User must have at least "Contributor" role in the workspace to do so.

How to Copy media to workspaces

1. Select media to copy.

2. Select the copy icon in the media detail tab.

   
3. Select a workspace for media to be copied to.

   
4. Media selected is copied to selected workspace.
