## Shareable links

Shareable links can be used to select and share specific images with other users in the workspace. Simply generate a link, copy and send it to them!

## How to Share media via links

1. Select media to share.

2. Click on the sharing icon in the media detail tab.

3. Sharable link is generated for user to copy and send.

4. User with access to the link will be able to view image details and download them.

## Copying media across workspaces

Allows users to duplicate media across workspaces.&#x20;

* User must have at least "Contributor" role in the workspace to do so.&#x20;
* The limit for each batch of files copied is **1000 files** and a total media size of **50GB**.

## How to Copy media across workspaces

1. Select media to copy.
2. Select the copy icon in the media detail tab.

3. Select a workspace for media to be copied to.

4. Media selected is copied to selected workspace.
