Download Requirements

• 1 x Video or 20 x Images per download.

• Media classified RESTRICTED should not be downloaded onto PEDs.

Certain download features are unavailable on DWP devices due to security:

• Download of .SVG file types

• Download of large media file due to download limit.

How to download media

1. Select media for download.

2. Click on the download icon in the media detail tab.

   
3. After the download is complete, a notification will be displayed to inform the user of completion.

   
4. Files would be downloaded in the user's PC "download" folder.

• For a single selection, media will be downloaded as per the file type.

• For multiple selections, media will be downloaded as a zip file.
