# Download

## Download Conditions

* **Up to 3 GB** per Bulk download and no limits to downloading of individual files.
* Media classified **RESTRICTED** should not be downloaded onto PEDs.

   

> Certain download features are unavailable on DWP devices due to security:
>
> * Download of .SVG file types
> * Download of large media file due to download limit.

## How to download media

1. Press the "Select" icon.
2. Select media.
3. Press the "Download" icon in the media tab.

4. The download file will be prepared instantly. After the download is complete, a notification will be displayed to inform the user of completion.
5. Files would be downloaded in the user's "download" folder.
   * For a single selection, the media will be downloaded as per the file type.
   * For multiple selections, media will be downloaded as a **zip** file.
